URGENT APPEAL FOR MEDICAL FEES FOR PASTOR CHARLES.
URGENT APPEAL FOR MEDICAL FEES FOR PASTOR CHARLES.
Pastor Charles and wife Susan before his illness

TEAMS’s resident Pastor Charles Ajum is seriously unwell and since the beginning of this year has been in and out of hospital in Kampala with dreadful abdominal pains and bleeding.
After tests he was diagnosed as having severe ulcerative colitis and more recently is undergoing treatment for suspected kidney failure.
Charles is a young man in his early 30’s, married, with 2 children and previously enjoyed good health. Hospital treatment in Uganda is not free and whilst he has already received considerable financial assistance from TEAMS and his family and friends, is facing an outstanding bill estimated to be 2,600,000/= (over £600) until Friday 21st April. Should he need to stay in hospital beyond this date and receive more treatment it will cost more.
His wife and brother are by his side and since their home is 400km’s away in Gulu, they are incurring additional accommodation and feeding costs. Their 2 children are currently being looked after by friends and family, but looming school fees and other costs will be difficult to find as all of Pastor Charles’s salary and savings have been used up in paying his medical bills and expenses. Are you willing to help TEAMS provide further assistance to help out in this medical emergency? Please visit our website giving page to find TEAMS bank account details. A contribution of £25 (about 100,000/= Ugandan Shillings) will meet Charles’s daily hospital fees. A contribution of £150 will cover his outstanding bill for the scan he had last week. If you are able to Gift Aid your donation, please download our Gift Aid form and return it to us either by emailing it to [email protected], or to our chairman and treasurer at [email protected] The 25% additional amount we can claim from the Government will be of great assistance.

On behalf of TEAMS and Pastor Charles, THANKYOU.__
