“Duncan Watt, chairman of the trustees of TEAMS said he was very sad to see Ed leave and had thoroughly enjoyed working alongside him. He is a man who has a very strong faith and is wise beyond his years. Nevertheless, the Board could not be happier over Ed’s reason to leave. Everyone involved with TEAMS wishes Ed and Beth the very best in their future roles as a Mum and Dad and pray that their child will grow to know and love the Lord as their parents do. For the time being, TEAMS will not be replacing Ed as a new management team has been put in place in Uganda. This is part of TEAMS vision to empower those on the ground to eventually run the organisation.”
